grab89 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000, and the maximum per-transaction deposit is Rp 100.000.000 for major banks.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Outside banking hours, deposits may take up to 24 hours. grab89 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply transaction fees.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Depositing funds from an account that does not match your registered grab89 Account name will result in the deposit being reversed and potential Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000, and the maximum per-transaction withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified Indonesian bank account in your name.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. grab89 reserves the right to request additional documentation (proof of address, bank statement, source of funds) before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or if suspicious activity is detected.

grab89 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month incur a 1% processing fee (minimum Rp 10.000). Withdrawals requested on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays.

grab89 reserves the right to void any bet or wager if we identify obvious errors (such as incorrect odds, incorrect match information, or technical glitches), if we suspect fraud or manipulation, or if the bet was placed after the outcome was already known. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses and unreleased bonus winnings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, the jurisdiction under which grab89 is licensed and operates. Any disputes arising from your use of grab89 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Curacao, in accordance with Curacao arbitration rules.
You agree to waive your right to file a lawsuit in any court of law and to waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against grab89.
Before initiating arbitration, you must first contact grab89 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
